I’ve been in the Real Estate business for over 17 years. Entering the real estate field in 1980, Arlene was a top producer for a local competitor before owning her own real estate office, Showcase Properties. In 1990, she & her partner merged their company with DeWolfe New England. The office moved from Sharon center to Cobb Corner where it grew to near 40 agents. Julie grew up in the Merrimack Valley, attended college in Worcester and law school in Boston. She joined Cushing & Dolan PC in August of 2005 and is currently running the Wilmington Satellite Office where she concentrates her practice on real estate, including negotiating Purchase & Sale Agreements, representing Buyers, Sellers and Lenders, and conducting closings. Julie joined the Women’s Council of Realtors Board where she assists in organizing the monthly meetings.

I love meeting and working with new people, I have always worked with the public – I started out as a buyer for a department store (Jordan Marsh) – then I met my future husband and moved to MA in in 1985 where I worked for Reebok, while at Reebok I outfitted the endorsed athletes and brought their first performance line to retail. I truly loved working with the athletes, their families, agents and friends. From there I started working with my husband who is a plastering contractor and builder – in the late 80′s my husband started buying houses from builders going under, from there we would finish the home and I would list them for sale. This was my start in real estate we built homes of all sizes from capes to large luxury homes-when buyers started asking me to sell their homes went and got my license to sell real estate and have been doing so for over 16 years. I currently reside in Foxboro with my family.

She is an international agent associated with 6,000 International Real Estate Specialists. She is also a Commercial RE Agent. Kathy is originally from Bryn Mawr, PA, and came to Needham MA in 1971. She is active on the MAR Board of Directors, Needham Business Association Board of Directors, and Town Meeting member since 1976. She has earned GRI, CRS, CRB designations.

Jo-Ann grew up in the Boston Area and now lives in the Back Bay. Her love of architecture, photography and living in the city was a perfect match for her career in Boston real estate. She is actively involved in her local commnity and sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay and volunteers as a mediator with the Community Dispute Cener in Cambridge. She is loved her position as President and enjoyed a very successful and rewarding year.
